I could just tell you I'm quitting because of hackers or spammers, I could just tell you I'm quitting because I'm too old to play CP. But that would just be lying. And I think if I'm quitting at least I owe you an explanation. The thing is, I'm actually quitting because I'm just not enjoying blogging anymore. Another reason is because, ever since I started blogging back in December I've been spending too much time on the computer, time I could use for other things. So, sorry but i'm quitting blogging. For now, I'll just be quitting for a while, if after a while I decide I miss blogging, I'll come back to it, if I don't I'll never come back. Please don't try to make me stay, because that would just be forcing me to do something I don't want to and I don't enjoy. This blog will remain as it is now, in case I decide to come back in the future.
On the other hand, I am most definatedly NOT quitting Club Penguin. I will still play CP, and we can still meet and be friends on Club Penguin. So in a way, I'm not totally lost, i'll still be going on CP, so we can still be friends. Truth be told, I have been thinking about quitting since about a week ago, but I was still trying to decide if I should do it. Now I have decided, but my decission might not be final. I may come back or I may not, depends on how I feel about blogging and not blogging.

So sorry everyone, and farewell Camp Club Penguin, I have enjoyed these three months I have spent blogging and I am really happy to have met all of you people, it has been a truly unique experience. I won't forget you, and I hope you won't forget me.

Herbert in a Yeti costume?

OK, so in the newspaper (in focus section) there was this weird big "penguin" in a Yeti costume asking for warm places. Just look at his evil eyes, his unibrow and oh well, his size. Besides, who likes warm places? Who hates the cold and came from the North Pole to find a warm place? It all points to, yup that's right.... HERBERT!

What shocks me most is... Come on! How could Herbert have fallen so low?

I mean this supposed to be scary dude in a Yeti costume? I mean it's disguise OK, he didn't want to be spotted but.... A YETI COSTUME???

I think we all know what this mean anyway: new mission out soon!

Want more proof? Check this out! In the text the so-called "Yeti penguin" said that it would take a big powerful invention to take down the lodge...Herbert evil!

He also said that the wall next to the boiler room looked new as if it had been drilled by a genius a while ago... Herbert evil!

And he also asked the tour guide if he could go and see the volcano... Herbert evil!

I mean what's Herbert planning? To make the volcano explode so the lava eliminates CP? To throw the lodge down so penguins get too cold to live?

New catalog out today! It's all about recycling! It has recycling backgrounds, shirts and more! Also 2 new designs for design your own T-shirt, and the drill that makes trees we voted for back in January (i think it was January i'm not very sure), also 2 bunny costumes and some new hairstyles!

Hidden items:

1. On the second page click on the cup on the table to get a red viking helmet, if you click enough times the blue viking helmet will appear.

2. On the fourth page click on the trees on the tree drill to get Cocoa Bunny Ears, and on the G of "Penguins at work" to get a Cocoa Bunny Costume.

That's it, not many hidden items this time, but I like the recycling theme! Enjoy!

It's here early! April Fools party!! Yesss it rocks! April Fools is one of the best parties and this year it doesn't disappoint! It's wicked awesome!

The party is stuffed with downright outrageous stuff:

It has a "loading room" just click on the mine shack on map and you will go to that room!

Also at the dock you throw paint and form a picture, and then you get a flying hat, that is kinda dissapointing cause I already have it, but it's still cool for new peeps.

Snow forts there is a "Silly Place" door which takes u to a room with a free King Jester hat!

The coffee shop and gift shop are invisible (which reminds me: new catalog out!)

In the pizza parlour you can throw food like in a food fight!

The forest is upside down!

You can lift mountains at the ski village!

The door to the lighthouse is in the middle of the beach!

The whole island is packed full with boxes and balloons!

These are only SOME of the details! The whole island is full with silly wackee surprises!

The party is just AWESOME! Quick, go check it out!

OK, so last Friday I was away and Magno20 was posting on this site, and as I was away I couldn't choose a penguin of the week, so...
Last week's penguin of the week was:

i don't know who to choose.
LOL i know it sounds kinda dissapointing, but the truth is, i don't know. So many of you have been comenting on this site lately, for example i saw coments from Lopakoy, Pengwing4, Hazza500 and Queen Binawa. Now these penguins started comenting on this site on the last few days, but they normally never coment (except Queen Binawa, who I have seen comenting on this site before). Also others of you, who do coment regularly like 8zankoo8, Whizzbobrox and Magno20, have been comenting too. So, I have decided to say, every single penguin who has comented on this blog in the last week is penguin of the week! Congratz everyone!

So everyone is penguin of the week for LAST WEEK, but on Friday I will post this week's penguin of the week, just to let you know :)

It's coming fast - the annual April Fool's Party happens in Club Penguin starting April 1st! The team's been working to make lots of funny things all over the island. There'll be jokes - some practical and some not - and loads of surprises. Also, members will be able to check out an area where they'll have the chance to show off their joke telling skills...

It's always cool to see what you're doing on the island when an event like the Penguin Play Awards happens - we're seeing TONS of you doing different stuff at the Pizza Parlor.
Also, the team loves what you're doing in the Stage and all over the island with your own speeches, interviews and acting! The red carpet's going to be gone on the 28th so make sure to get your votes in.

Well, I have already posted about Magno20 before, and here I am again, typing away words to describe this awesome penguin. Well, why do you post so much on Magno20? You might ask yourself. Its simple: Magno20 is a friendly, nice and awesome penguin, and I always post about him cause he's always winning competitions and prices on my site, he is the penguin who most often visits this site and always takes part in all of the activities. This post is a price for volunteering to the interview which I posted the other day.

Magno20, well, where can I start? He is my buddy on CP, I have gone to several of his parties, and entered his contest (you haven't entered yet?? One of the penguins to be interviewed, Magno20, has already answered all of my questions! They are a variation from CP in the actuality, to blogs, names and more. Here they are:

Q: In the CP Play Awards, which play are you voting for as best play?
A: Squizoid vs shadow guy and gamma gal

Q: What do you think of the new Puffle Rescue game?
A: Brilliant, I like the black puffle one because of the shadow of the squid and you follow it and then you end up in the hidden sea place.

Q: What is the thing you like most about the CP Play Awards?
A: Backstage, because I feel like a star there.

Q: If you had to be either a cameraman, reporter or photographer which one would you be and why?
A: Photographer, so in the future I have the pictures to remind me.

Q: What is the thing you enjoy most about blogging?
A: Meeting new penguins and friends and posting my ideas on what could be happening and replying to coments as quick as possible.

Q: When did you decide you wanted to make a CP blog?
A: It started when I logged on CP and saw whizzbobrox and he was advertising his blog so I had always wanted a CP blog but was never sure how to make one so then I made a blogspot account.

Q: Have you ever met any famous penguins like Aunt Arctic on CP? Who?
A: Rockhopper, three years ago, he gave me an eye patch.

Q: How long have you been playing CP for?
A: Since 2005, I had an account called magno11 I made it round my friend's house but my friend looked at his brother's email and he hacked my account and changed the password then by 2006 I made you know him, Magno20.

Q: Do you enjoy entering other people's competitions? Which ones have you entered?
A: I like Podlepops comps but to be honest podlepops sometimes you have too many comps, but they are brilliant. I have entered Whizzbobrox's and 8Zankoo8's comps.

Q: Why did you choose the name "Club Mag" for your blog?
A: Its meant to mean Club Penguin and Magno20 in one so it's club for Club Penguin and Mag for Magno20, Club Mag.

Q: On a 1-10 scale how would you rate your own site?
A: 8 because I update it regularly, reply to other ppl and sometimes I beat Mimo777 updating.

Q: How did you start playing CP?
A: My friend who hacked Magno11 told me. I could not make a penguin on my laptop at the time coz it would not load but laptops then were not as good as today.

Puffle Rescue!

Puffle rescue game is out! Three puffles to rescue: pink puffle and black puffle for members and blue puffle for non members! In the game you gotta go and find the puffle and rescue it! It's kinda like those platform games LOL. Also blue is on ice, pink on like a mine and black underwater. Caves are open now too, the same as before but you have to find a key in the black puffle game to enter the underwater room and instead of getting a pin if you dig in the mud, you get coins. Dig there and every time you'll get 2 coins! Enjoy!

New Header!

OK, so I won a contest at Chimpbrad's site (www.chimpbrad.blogspot.com) and my prize was a cool header, so I have now changed my header to the one Chimpbrad made me!

I think it's really cool, and besides it was time for a change of banner because:

1. I have been a really long time with the old banner

2. The old banner says the address of my OLD websie, this header has the new one.

I think both the old and the new header are really great, but I can't have both of them on, so I have changed for a while.

Have you seen it?You know, the Night Club is one of those places where there's often a lot happening. And recently there have been some upgrades that make it even more interesting. You might have noticed that when there's more than 10 of you in the room, the lights change. But did you know that if the majority of you (at least 10) are the same penguin color then even more cool things start to happen?So the next time you're there, try to get penguins in the Night Club to all turn the same penguin color. Also, if you and your friends have time, see if you can find out what's going on with that missing puffle...In Other News - Lots of you voted a few weeks ago on a penguin to be carved from ice for the Carnaval de Quebec. Looks like there are lots of you with your jackhammers helping down in the Mine. Some of you are saying that's where you think Rockhopper's missing puffle Yarr is. There's also some talk that other puffles aren't where they normally are. Where do you think they went?There's going to be more underground exploration happening near the end of the week. As this site is fairly new, i have been adding stuff, for example some links in the side bar to view all of CP's catalogs or to view all of CP's rooms (the links to view the rooms i found them in a site called University of Club Penguin Cheats, although some of the rooms are in Spanish or Portuguese) also my home made pin tracker to tell you were pins are and some pages about mods, banners, events and a pick up page. Any ideas to improve the site? Coment!

I have decided its time for another contest! As the last contest was so succesful, (we got 8 entries!! LOL) and all the banners were great, i have decided to do another contest, but this time its not about banner making.

You must come up with the wackiest, craziest outfit you can! Go to CP and dress up with anything you can get your flippers on, and then take a picture of your penguin in the crazy costume and give me the link to it! Send me your pictures to my e-mail: podlepops97@gmail.com or post a coment with a link to it!

What am I looking for? I am looking for original, funny ideas, I will only choose ONE winner for this contest, only one not three. The winner will be posted on Friday and he/she will get a free banner from me! If that person doesn't want a banner for some reason, I will make them a special post with their player card.

Far too many people have been quitting lately, first it was Toysgoneby, Racket2000, Policeman655 and now Queen Binawa is gonna quit!! WHY? WHY? WHY?

Why is everyone soooo negative and soo... I don't have the right words to describe it... they quit because of spammers, hackers, because they don't get enough views... Don't you see that's plain STUPID? I mean, not to insult anyone, ur all really good friends and I hope I don't like, offend anyone or anything, but what ur doing is EXACTLY what spammers and hackers want you to do. They want you to quit, so they spam you, hack you or whatever. If you quit, you're just doing what they want you to do, you're giving them reason, you're practically yelling "HEY SPAMMERS! UR RIGHT! MY SITE STINKS! SO HEY, DON'T WORRY, CAUSE GUESS WHAT? I QUIT!!!" don't u see that makes no sense? What you SHOULD do, is delete the coments, ignore them and show the spammers you don't care, you don't give a d*** for their stupid coments and show them what you're made of, show them ur strong, their coments don't get to you. Trust me, i've had expierences with bullies, spammers, hackers and well... if i lived through it, so can you right?

As for hackers... well hackers are ppl wo are REALLY bored and are REALLY mean and just go to your site and do something weird to it or whatever. What to do? Switch sites. The hackers maybe won't know what ur new site is, and if they do, chances are they're not gonna guess your password twice, or they'll get bored with hacking you and just move on, that's what happened to me, see? Switched sites, end of story.

So what if you don't get as many views and coments as, say, Mimo777? OK his site is like YEARS old. When he started blogging his site was probably not very popular either, but slowly...very slowly... he started winning fame, that's what will happen to you. That's what we're all aiming for right? Don't give up so easily, work hard for it, rewards will come... maybe soon, you never know... perseverance is the key to everything, just keep going, keep trying again and again and again, don't quit. People will start learning about your sites soon, and they'll tell their friends and before you know it... ZAP! Your site is more popular than Mimo777's, but hey, this might take years, don't say i didn't warn you...

I'm just saying you shouldn't quit because of hackers, spammers or lack of coments and views, just work your way out of problems, lifes good right? But it's also short, so if you enjoy blogging, why stop doing it? You gotta live life to the max, enjoy, forget about silly dudes trying to ruin your fun, so don't quit, cause all of your friends will be sad and disappointed, and besides, you migt have more fans than you think...

If you're quitting cuz someone hates you, argued with you or did something mean to you i can only say.... are u OUT OF YOUR MIND? Do you have an idea of how many ppl hate me? How many mean things ppl have done to me? Do you see me posting about quitting and never coming back? NO, cuz with time, u learn to get over it, ignore ppl who want to waste their time making things tough for you, at the moment, you might be angry, mad or even furious, but just wait 'till you calm down before you post about quitting OK? Cause u give the rest of us quite a shock. Just ignore them for a while, and then try to fix things, don't just jump to quitting directly.

So, think twice before quitting, cuz you'll probably regret it.
If it's for personal reasons I don't wanna butt in, i can only hope u know what ur doing...
So, think of your reasons for quitting. Are they really good enough? Is having, whoever it is, hate you really important enough to make you want to quit? Make you wanna leave what you love? Think not only about yourself, but of all the ppl who luv ur site, and are ur friends. For us, it hurts to see you go. So don't. Please spare a few broken hearts.
If you're not enjoying blogging anymore, then that's more reasonable, if you're not enjoying it, feel free to go, no one can force you to do something you don't want to do. But if your reason is you think your too old for CP, just remember, you're never too old to have fun.

Think about what i've just spent a loooooong time writing, please don't make my effort go in vain. And if you ever feel the urge to quit, read this post before you do, it might help change your mind :)
